Candy M. Dixon, 40, St. Joseph, passed from this life on Saturday, March 28, 2015, in her home.
She was born August 19, 1974, in Brookfield, Mo. Candy was a graduate of Brookfield High School.
Candy was a beloved team member at Menards. She was past treasurer and a devoted volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America. Candy was a very caring, thoughtful, beautiful, selfless, funny and compassionate woman. She had a very beautiful smile and loved to dance.
Survivors: her son, James Michael Arnold, St. Joseph; her granddaughter, Ava Dixon, St. Joseph; love of her life, Will Corlett, of the home; Gary Dixon, St. Joseph; her mother, Barbara Wieberg, Brookfield; a brother, David Wieberg, Columbia, Mo.; a sister, Carmen Gates, Brookfield; and a host of loving friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, David Wieberg; and a nephew, DeShay Wieberg.
Memorial service: 6 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2015, at Gladden-Stamey Funeral Home, St. Joseph.
Public visitation and receiving hours: 4-6 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at the funeral home.
