Rosanna Hale, 69, of Blue Springs, MO passed away July 13, 2015. Funeral service 12:30pm Fri., July 17th at the McGilley & Sheil Chapel with visitation beginning at 11am. Burial following at Blue Springs Cemetery.
Rosanna was born November 27, 1945 to Frederick & Ruby Oliver in Marceline, MO. She graduated from Marceline High School in 1963 & was a Drum Majorette in the Marching Band. Rosanna married Frank Biegel and to this union were two children, Jane & Allen. In June of 1964 they moved to the KC area. She enjoyed bowling, Square Dancing, crafting, drawing, cooking & baking and was all around a very talented lady. In November of 1973 Rosanna married Roger Hale and they had a daughter, Angela. They spent two years in Las Vegas, NV during Roger’s employment. Her family was very important and her walls were covered with their photos showing her deep devotion to her children & grandchildren. She always rooted for her beloved New England Patriots & loved Tom Brady. She was an avid fan & never missed an episode of her favorite show, Survivor. A big part of the last 20 years of her life were spent caring for her parents & ultimately resided with her mother as a full time caregiver.
Rosanna was preceded in death by her father, Fred Oliver & her husband of 33 years, Roger. She is survived by her mother, Ruby Oliver; her children, Jane Prewitt (Galen), Allen Biegel (Angela), Angela Cumpton (Jim) & Chris Hale (Liz); grandchildren, Jason, Cory, Erin, Brianna, Taylor & Alexis and her siblings, Judy Settles & Freddy Oliver.
